Services Offered
We offer native garden design, small tree removal (under 3m), permaculture and food forest setup, general garden maintenance, consultations, chicken coop construction, and native beehive installation.
Service Areas
We primarily serve the Gold Coast and may also accept jobs in Brisbane or other parts of South East Queensland depending on project scope.
Booking & Scheduling
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or contact form on our website.
A deposit is required for landscaping, garden conversions, and larger projects.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
If less notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in future. For landscaping projects, any costs incurred (e.g. materials, design work) may be deducted from your deposit if the project is cancelled after confirmation.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are free and subject to change if scope or materials are adjusted after approval. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in a revised quote.
Payment Terms
Small jobs: payment is due upon completion.
Landscaping/conversion: deposit upfront, balance upon completion.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured with $5 million Public Liability Insurance.
While all care is taken to protect your property, Gold Coast Native Gardening accepts no liability for unforeseen damage to underground services, structures, or weather-related delays. We may decline work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Use of Photos
We may use before and after photos of your project for marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
Privacy
We collect basic contact details (name, email, phone) to manage bookings and communication.
We do not sell or share personal information. Data is only used with secure third-party tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking.
